While analyzing over 1,300 rental units in Phnom Penh, we came across a very interesting insight that might be useful for property management companies and / or residential building owners in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

As it turns out, by offering cleaning services more than 3 times per week does not guarantee a higher rental price. But rather, it adds more to the cost than to the earnings.
