We are super excited to announce that our first AI Rental Price Calculator of Phnom Penh, with over 94.5% accuracy, is now available for use. The tool can be used to estimate rental rates of residential properties in Phnom Penh, EXCLUDING townhouse and villas.
The AI model behind this calculator is trained on high quality, relevant and curated listings data from RentPP.com. We ensure that listings are up-to-date, and all attributes/features are well documented. As otherwise, Garbage-In, Garbage-Out.
Though we have trained our model with 49 different attributes, e.g., car parking, number of bedrooms, geo location, etc., we have simplified that tool, so that it can be used by anyone, such as:
- Property Management Service companies
- Developer companies
- Real estate agents
- Real estate investment companies
- Unit owners who are not sure for how much to rent out their condos
- Customers who are looking for units below the market average, value-for-money listings
